First, minimize everything if you have programs open. Then, on Desktop, right click and click Properties. You should be on the "Themes" tab after you open it. Now click on on "Settings". Now you should see "Screen resolution", on there, you can change the pixels by pixels. You can click OK now; but if you dont like the result, you can always change it again until your satisfied!
